Refund policy


All sales are final due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers.

We provide a handcrafted floral service using products sensitive to temperature, handling, and environmental conditions.

Refunds or replacements may be considered only in the case of:

  • Delivery of an incorrect item

  • Severe damage upon arrival

  • Non-delivery due to our error

All claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

  • A clear photo of the arrangement

  • A description of the issue
