Shipping policy


No Nationwide Shipping

Aroma Flowers LLC does not offer shipping.

Due to the delicate and perishable nature of fresh flowers, we provide local delivery only within the Las Vegas area.

Orders cannot be shipped outside our delivery zone.

Delivery Area

We deliver within a 50-mile radius of Las Vegas, Nevada.

If an address falls outside our delivery zone, the order may be cancelled and refunded.

Delivery Fee

A flat delivery fee of $20 applies to all orders.

The delivery fee will be added at checkout.

Delivery fees are non-refundable once delivery has been attempted or completed.

Same-Day Delivery

Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 2:00 PM (PST).

Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be delivered the next available delivery day.

During peak holidays (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, etc.), same-day delivery may be limited.

Delivery Hours

Deliveries are made between:

9:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

You may request a preferred time frame in the special instructions box at checkout, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Recipient Not Available

If the recipient is not home:

  • We may contact the recipient or purchaser.

  • The arrangement may be left in a safe, shaded location.

  • If delivery cannot be safely completed, a redelivery fee may apply.

Aroma Flowers LLC is not responsible for the condition of flowers after successful delivery.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

If the address is incorrect or incomplete:

  • Delivery delays may occur.

  • Additional delivery fees may apply.

  • Refunds are not guaranteed.

Weather & Unforeseen Delays

Severe weather, traffic conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery times.

We will make reasonable efforts to complete delivery as scheduled but cannot guarantee specific delivery times.
