We offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 2:00 PM (PST). Orders placed after this time will be delivered on the next available delivery day.

Deliveries are made between 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM, and exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

You may request a preferred delivery time in the special instructions at checkout, and we will do our best to accommodate it.

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately with photos and your order number — we’ll make it right.

Keep your flowers in a cool place, away from direct sunlight, heat, and drafts. For vase arrangements, change the water every other day and trim the stems slightly at an angle. For boxed arrangements, add a small amount of water every other day to keep the foam hydrated.
