Order by 2 PM Pacific for delivery today. If you are ordering from another time zone, here is what that means for you.

Orders placed after 2 PM Pacific go out the next delivery day. We are closed on Sunday, so Sunday orders go out on Monday.
Delivery fee
Delivery is $20 flat, added once at checkout, whatever the address on the list and whatever the size of the bouquet. There is no walk-in store and no pickup: every order is delivered by hand.
What happens if nobody is home
If the recipient is not home: we may contact the recipient or purchaser. The arrangement may be left in a safe, shaded location. If delivery cannot be safely completed, a redelivery fee may apply. Aroma Flowers LLC is not responsible for the condition of flowers after successful delivery.
To avoid this, add the recipient’s mobile number at checkout: we call or text before delivery.
Gated communities, hotels and delivery details
At checkout there is a Delivery details step: the recipient’s first and last name, the exact street address, a gate code for gated communities, a hotel or building name, a room number or guest name, and directions. Many Las Vegas neighborhoods on our list are gated; a gate code saves a phone call at the door.
Hotels take flowers at the reception or front desk and bring them to the room or hold them for the guest. In many hotels nobody can go up to the rooms, so give us the guest’s full name or the room number. More about hotel delivery.
Cancellations and substitutions
Orders scheduled for the next day or later can be cancelled until we buy the flowers for them. Same-day orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once placed. If the exact flowers you ordered are not available on the delivery day, we call you first and offer similar options; nothing is swapped without your OK.
Peak days
Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day are the busiest days of the year. Same-day delivery on those dates may be limited, and we confirm every peak-day order with you. Ordering a few days ahead is the safe way.
Sending from another state
Most of our orders come from people who are not in Las Vegas. You order online, pay with a card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal, and we text you a photo of the bouquet before it leaves the studio and again when it is delivered. How it works, step by step.

Questions about delivery
Do you deliver on Sunday?
No. We deliver Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 7 PM Pacific. Orders placed on Sunday go out on Monday.
Can I choose a delivery time?
You can leave a preferred window at checkout and we do our best to hit it. Exact times are not guaranteed because of Las Vegas traffic and heat.
Is my address in the delivery area?
If the neighborhood is on the list of 32 above, yes. If an address turns out to be outside the area, we cancel and refund before anything is made.
How much is delivery to Henderson or Summerlin?
The same $20 flat as anywhere else in the zone.
Do you deliver to hotels on the Strip?
Yes, to the reception or front desk. Give us the guest’s full name or the room number; if the order comes without either, we call you before we go.
What if nobody is home?
We contact the recipient or you. If we cannot reach anyone, we may leave the arrangement in a safe, shaded spot. If the delivery cannot be completed safely, we redeliver, and a redelivery fee may apply.

Do you ship flowers outside Las Vegas?
No. Fresh flowers do not ship well; we deliver by hand within about 50 miles of Las Vegas only.
