Terms of Service
The short version: every arrangement is made to order, same-day orders are final, we call you before substituting anything, and we deliver by hand in the Las Vegas valley. The details are below.

Orders
Orders are placed on aromaflowers.us or by phone with Aroma Flowers LLC, Las Vegas, Nevada. An order is accepted when the payment is confirmed and the receipt is sent. Prices are in US dollars and do not include sales tax; Nevada sales tax of 8.375% is added at checkout on taxable goods. Delivery is $20 flat per order and is not taxed.
Delivery
We deliver by hand to 32 neighborhoods in the Las Vegas valley, Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 7 PM Pacific. Same-day delivery applies to orders placed by 2 PM Pacific. Delivery times are not guaranteed. The full delivery policy applies.
Photos, substitutions and appearance
Photos on the site show real arrangements made in our studio. Every order is made fresh, so the arrangement you receive may differ slightly from the photo. If the exact flowers are not available, we contact you and offer similar options before making the arrangement.
Cancellations and refunds
Orders scheduled for the next day or later can be cancelled for a full refund until the flowers for them are bought. Same-day orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once placed. Orders outside the delivery area are cancelled and refunded in full. The refund and replacement policy applies.
Delivery details and responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of the recipient’s name, phone and address and of any gate, hotel or building details. If the recipient is not available, we may contact the recipient or you, leave the arrangement in a safe, shaded location, or redeliver for a fee if delivery cannot be completed safely. Aroma Flowers LLC is not responsible for the condition of flowers after a successful delivery.
Gift cards
Digital gift cards are delivered by email, can be used on any product on this site and are not redeemable for cash except where the law requires.
