Privacy Policy
We collect only what is needed to make and deliver your order and to keep in touch about it. Card details go straight to Stripe or PayPal and never touch our servers.

What we collect
To deliver an order we collect your name, phone number and email, the recipient’s name, phone and address, the delivery details you enter (gate code, hotel, directions) and the card message. For a custom request we collect what you write in the form.
How we use it
To make and deliver the arrangement, to text you the photo and the delivery confirmation, to send the receipt and to answer your questions. We do not sell or rent personal information.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal on their pages. We never see or store card numbers; Stripe and PayPal handle them under their own privacy policies.
Services we use
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Fonts are served by Adobe Fonts, which records font requests to serve them. We may use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used; it sets cookies only if enabled and does not receive order details or card data.
Your cart
The cart and the delivery details you type are kept in your own browser’s storage until you place the order or clear them. They are not sent to us until you pay or submit a form.
Your choices
Ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about an order at aromaflowers.lv@gmail.com or 702-533-6750. We keep order records as long as accounting and tax rules require.
